HR & Business Intern in China— Insurance Sector
Host Company Profile
This position is with a joint venture between a leading UK Insurance company and China's largest food processing, manufacturer and trader (both are Fortune 500 companies). It remains as the 1st-tier player amongst JV in terms of both the premium scale and profitability. The role is to support the team and company as a whole, and also to act individually as a team member. You will not only assist as a general assistant in the function department of the company, being treated as an essential part of the company, but also you will have the opportunity of learning in the core business department to observe how insurance is done in China.
Responsibilities
Assist the HR department with general administrative affairs across the whole company
Plan and organise staff events
Record reports and filing in regular staff meetings
Observe and learn the differences in doing business especially in the insurance area, organize regular-knowledge sharing sessions for and with company staff
Opportunity of learning in the core business department
Requirements
HR/business/finance/insurance/statistical and actuarial sciences majors preferred
Fluent in English
Open for culture difference
Experience of living/traveling abroad
