Responsibilities

• Review and comment on contracts and agreements;

• Draft and modify contracts and agreements;

• Collect and research PRC laws and regulations;

• Conduct research into foreign laws and regulations;

• Compile legal reports or memoranda on certain issues;

• Presentations once to twice a fortnight;

• Legal record-keeping and other administrative work as assigned from time to time.

• The jobs listed above may be in English or Chinese.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of business law, contract law and a good understanding of company operations and structure

• Keen to learn attitude and proactive attitude towards work assigned.

• Speak good English
