Responsibilities


  • Assist the on-site team leader with monitoring product manufacture

  • Participate in product design and improvement processes, giving constructive advice to the team leader

  • Assist in other technical projects within the company (this will be further discussed during the interview)

  • Conduct international market research to advise on how to expand the company’s international presence

  • Communicate and follow up with potential international clients and help to stabilize business connections globally

  • Participate in internal knowledge-sharing with Chinese staff through presentations and activities


Requirements


  • Majoring in English, machinery or automation. Automation is preferred

  • Good English skills, a second language is a plus

  • Self-motivated and willing to take up challenges

  • Good teamwork spirits

  • Good communication skills

  • Relevant experience in sales is preferred
