The company was founded in 2015 and is a fund management agency focusing on equity investment in the medical and health field. It is registered in the China Securities Investment Fund Association. The scale of the company phase I fund launched and managed by the company is 200 million RMB, and the latter fund has entered the preparatory stage. The company initiating shareholders are strong industrial capital and has the background of medical listed companies. The headquarter of the company is located in Chengdu, Sichuan, with branches to be set up in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Beijing, and gradually carry out the strategic overseas layout, in order to build a perfect ecological environment for medical treatment, and help the invested enterprises to develop.


Job Description

  • Observing monthly investment pipeline meetings

  • Drafting term sheets for prospective investments

  • Providing an opinion to Partners on potential investment opportunities

  • Leading conference calls with external Investment Banks relating to proposed transaction terms

  • Analysing potential investment opportunities


Requirements

  • Person specification

  • Major in finance, economics, statistics, operations research

  • Good English Reading and Speaking skills

  • Strong communication skills ​
