The company is offering an excellent opportunity to university students currently enrolled on a Marketing or Business program, as well as to fresh graduates, to join their international Marketing team as an intern based in Shanghai. During their internship, the successful candidate will work with the Marketing team on a range of tasks tracking and supporting product growth, including App Store Optimization (ASO), copywriting and localization activities and user acquisition efforts. This is a unique opportunity for students and young professionals looking to utilize their English language skills while attaining international exposure.
Job Description
Come up with new and innovative ideas and concepts for interactive kids’ games.
Craft the storytelling of the game. Understand the Dr. Panda world and its actors, and create a narrative that reinforces gameplay.
Directly contribute to project design and development – creating sketches, storyboards, initial concepts, and prototyping. Fine-tune and iterate on features utilizing analytics.
Collaborate with artists, designers and programmers throughout the entire game production cycle to create great playing experiences for kids.
Actively collect and discern good and bad feedback. Use the insight to make improvements and changes to the game experience.
Requirements
Great passion for kids’ games and products/services. Self motivated, open minded.
Directly contribute to project design and development – creating sketches, storyboards, initial concepts, and pitches.
A plus but not mandatory
Experience with live games and live-ops, data-driven tools to improve game performance.
Strong visual understanding: UI design, affordance, composition, colour theory, animation.
Rich Experience in kids related products and services, such as comic books, children’s books, board games, animation etc.
Experience in designing and developing interactive products such as apps, websites and/or games through User-Centered and Value-Proposition Design.
Able to and communicate your ideas clearly with artists, programmers, and stakeholders.
Proficient in English, technical jargon, and able to adapt oneself communication to a multicultural environment.
